Who is the Original You?

Who are you, at the core? What did God imagine when he imagined you? Do your desires matter, and is there a path that leads to rediscovering your true identity?

A lot of ink has been spilt answering these questions.  They are the subject of a thousand sermons, books and philosophical discussions.  But reading about these truths, or receiving generic answers from someone else, will always be a distant second to hearing it from God Himself.

At Higher Ground the emphasis is upon this intimate relationship that lies at the heart of the Christian faith.  We want to know God, hear His voice, be Fathered and share our deepest places with Him.  In line with this we have gone "light on content, big on encounter" when designing the three day journey.

The material that serves as our bedrock includes HeartLife* a revolutionary program based upon Genesis 3, some thought provoking devotional questions kindly made available by the Ransomed Heart** team, as well as our own Original You curriculum.  We have crafted the journey to frame God's invitation to you individually, but also to challenge you to rise up.
